Ernie Burt
Founder & Owner
Ernie has been involved in the home building and property management industries for the past several years. His knowledge and skill set have been derived from seeing first-hand what practices work and then pushing those boundaries to reach even higher standards and objectives. He received his education in business degrees from both Utah Tech and Southern Utah Universities. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors, participating in local sports with his children, travel and spending time with his wife and family.
Dean Mills
Founder & Owner
Dean has been involved in the construction industry for 18 years. He has been involved in multimillion construction projects for the Army Corp of Engineers, as well and high-end custom home building. Dean brings an extensive knowledge of project management and quality control derived from years in the industry. He received a Bachelor’s degree in business from Dixie State University. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, and spending time with his wife and 4 children.
